You can’t wait to get your package - and we’re excited too!

Orders over $125 ship for FREE! That’s right, shipping is on us when you do a large order!
For orders under $125, we offer calculated shipping based on the weight of your package so you’re always getting the best shipping prices possible.
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. But if you can’t wait, choose one of our expedited shipping options at checkout.
Once payment has been confirmed, most orders ship the next business day. However, if you need your package even faster, please call or message us and we will do all we can to get your items to your door as quickly as possible!
If your address was entered incorrectly and the package is returned, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Any items refused at time of delivery forfeit their shipping charges and will only be refunded the value of the items.
Missing Packages: While we sincerely hope that this does not happen to you, the occasional package - to our dismay! - goes missing during transit. If your package was never delivered, or delivered but you cannot find it, please contact UPS (or the correct shipping partner) to submit a claim. Once an order is is handed over to our shipping partner, Salt and Honey cannot assume responsibility for any packages lost or stolen.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase! However, we understand that not everything works out and we want you to be completely satisfied with your modest clothing purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on regular priced, unwashed, unworn and unused items with original tags still attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original form of payment. When you check out, you will have the opportunity to unlock free returns/exchanges by paying a small fee. If you choose to pay this fee there will be no additional charge for shipping any eligible items back to us, should you need to make a return or an exchange. If you choose not to pay this fee, you can still make a return or an exchange, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fees established by our store’s return portal. Sale items, food and health & body items may not be returned. Due to restrictions on these platforms, orders placed on Facebook or Instagram can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Once we've received your items and the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days to make this right!

To start a return or an exchange, go to our Return Portal, select your order number, and choose the items you would like to return or exchange. It’s truly that simple!
